Eléna is a research and operations consultant at Footage, where she supports projects focused on feminist research and securing essential funding for initiatives that empower communities affected by conflict and displacement. Her commitment to feminist foreign policy drives her passion for creating spaces where marginalized voices, particularly those of women and gender minorities, can be amplified.
Graduating from the London School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) with a degree in International Relations and African Studies, she previously worked in the MENA and East African regions, collaborating with local civil society partners to support grassroots initiatives and advocate for gender equality. Her involvement with international NGOs and public administrations further nurtured her dedication to community engagement, gender justice, and project development.
Alongside her work at Footage, she is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at Sciences Po Paris, specializing on international diplomacy and public policy.
