Carmela Van der Meulen was born in Seattle, Washington and has since moved to Luxembourg with her family. At the University of Southern California, Carmela is pursuing a major in Communications, as well as double minor in Media and Social Change and Psychology. As she continues her time at USC, Carmela is extremely excited to be involved in Footage and their mission of elevating lives. Carmela hopes to continue her involvement in advocating for change and amplifying voices, especially for those who have lost their voice.
